Ken K

Ken K is a guitarist, performer, songwriter and teacher who performs and teaches regularly in the Denver, CO area. His influences hover everywhere between Rock, Americana, Blues, Folk and Pop and his style and sound is raw, personal and real.

Ken often performs solo, using a "loop pedal" (a.k.a. "The Ghost Boys") to layer multiple guitar tracks that sound like a full band. This is done 100% LIVE and never pre-recorded! Every performance is unique and different! For booking info about Ken, check out the about page (one-sheet). Read what clients and fans have to say about his shows.

Ken is occasionally joined by his band, the "Thump Brothers" (Jeff Norman on bass and Carl Holz on drums). Together they are rocking trio that will keep you tapping and dancing all night long!

Ken's song "Wonderful Day" is currently the morning theme song for the Denver Channel 2 morning show, "Daybreak", with Tom Green, Angie Austin, and Chris Parente. The song was selected from over 140 other songs and has been airing between 4-6 times daily between 5-9am. Channel 2 also aired a very nice feature segment on Ken.

Ken also runs the "Littleton Guitar School", offering superb guitar training in the southwest metro Denver area (Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl and surrounding areas).

Ken's teaching goes beyond just learning to play guitar, and also focuses on building confidence, persistence and determination in reaching your goals as a guitar player. Find out more about guitar lessons with Ken here.
